Congress is pressured to pass a Massive Alien Amnesty and increase Legal Immigration THIS JANUARY! … as a quid pro quo in the ongoing Negotiations about the Border Crisis!

Consider the following:
This year The House sent to the Senate H.R 2 that would tighten Asylum and related laws and mandate that the Border Wall construction be completed. (Unfortunately H.R.2 contains no Provisions limiting Legal Immigration or preventing a Mass Alien Amnesty!)
HOWEVER, Key Senate Democrats DEMAND AMNESTY OF OVER 35 MILLION ALIENS and a DOUBLING OF LEGAL IMMIGRATION AS A CONDITION FOR PASSING H.R.2!
Moreover, "That Deal" the Open Borders Crowd is pushing is often called the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill. This de facto Mass Alien Amnesty Bill threatens our National Security and Public Safety, Budgetary, and Employment Environments
In sum, Congress is poised to pass a Massive Alien Amnesty and increase Legal Immigration THIS JANUARY! With your help, we can stop it!
Indeed, we are inundated with 5 Million Illegals from over 150 countries who crossed our Southern Border since Biden became President
In addition, the Biden Administration flew over 220,000 Illegals all over the USA since October 2022! (CIS.org)
A few months ago a Bill originally negotiated by Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) would give amnesty to illegal aliens enrolled in and eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, AND to Millions more Illegals in the USA. That Bill transmogrified into a "Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill"
According to the Washington Post, the Bill would enact a DACA Amnesty plan that would provide green cards — and eventually naturalized American citizenship — to about two million illegal alien DACAs, many being criminals (see earlier Alert)
In addition, the Tillis-Sinema plan would build processing centers along the border to send more quickly border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior, while keeping the public health authority known as Title 42 — used as a vital border control — temporarily in place, as a sop to restrictionists.
Indeed on May 4, 2023, U.S. Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) introduced bipartisan legislation resembling the operations of Title 42, giving the Biden Administration a two-year temporary expulsion authority for migrants attempting illegally to enter without inspection or proper documents. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and John Cornyn (R-TX) cosponsor the Senators’ legislation.
“The Biden Administration failed to secure the border and the situation will get even worse once Title 42 is allowed to expire. It's clear that Congress must immediately step in, and the bipartisan bill I'm introducing with Senator Sinema will help prevent the catastrophic fallout at the border we will soon see if no action is taken,” said Senator Tillis.
“Arizona border communities, law enforcement agencies, non-profits, and families are being left to manage a crisis they did not create. Our legislation gives the Administration time to actually implement a realistic, workable plan that will secure our border, protect Arizona communities on the frontlines of this crisis, and ensure migrants are treated fairly and humanely,” said Senator Sinema.
Since the Title 42 authority was based on a public health emergency, this legislation gives the administration temporary expulsion authority that is not tied to public health.
Unfortunately, the Bill does not reduce over 35 Million Illegals slated to be amnestied nor to reduce the doubling of legal immigration under the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill that contains many provisions injurious to Americans!
For example the provisions of a 2022 bill, called the Equal Access to Green Cards for Legal Employment (EAGLE) Act of 2022, H.R.3648, are expected to be added onto the Tillis-Sinema Mass Alien Amnesty bill pushed THIS COMING JANUARY!.
The EAGLE Act benefits and rewards tech companies that rely on lower-paid (and often lower-skilled) visa workers to replace U.S. workers over the last 10-15 years.
The bill contains two main provisions.
The first scraps the so-called “per-country cap”. To preserve some semblance of diversity in our immigration, current law imposes a flexible cap on green cards, so that no country can get more than 7 percent
The second provision, that the tech companies have lobbied for, allows all with a temporary visa and sponsored for a green card by their employer to get a permanent work permit within two years after they apply, regardless of the annual caps on green cards.
This is a terrible idea because the temporary work visa programs are flawed and dysfunctional. We should not automatically convert all of them to permanent work permits after two years. This gimmick negates the annual caps that Congress put on employment green cards to protect jobs for U.S. workers.
In effect, both of these provisions depress wages and employment opportunities for Americans, and incentivize Mass Immigration
In sum, that re-drafted Tillis/Sinema/Crapo/Lofgren et.al. Bill (and perhaps re-titled) would legalize over 35 Million Illegal Aliens and provide Illegals with green cards and a path to citizenship, and ALSO remove many caps on legal immigration resulting in a dramatic increase/doubling of the pre-pandemic level of 1.5 Million per year.
The costs to taxpayers (pre-pandemic $758 million per year NET of any taxes immigrants may pay) per Congressional district for legal immigration alone (CCN study), would be immense, including fallout from the legalization of Illegals:
increased child trafficking
increased drug running
increased Cartel power

URGENT: Contact your U.S. Representatives and Senators repeatedly and urge them to oppose and Bill that:
contains ANY Alien Amnesty Bill provisions whatsoever

Indeed, since those two National Mass Immigration Management groups refuse to support any Moratorium Bill (like Rep. Gosar's), THEY ARE DE FACTO ENABLERS OF CONTINUING MASS IMMIGRATION!
URGENT: Contact your U.S. Representatives and Senators repeatedly and urge them to oppose any Bill that contains ANY Amnesty Bill provisions, or any increase in legal immigration, and to support a zero-net Moratorium Bill
