Help Stop Massive Cross-Border Illegals Flow!

POPULATION-ENVIRONMENT BALANCE

Immigrants and their Offspring added about twenty million people to the United States' population in the decade 2000 to 2010, the highest number in the nation's history.

About half of that number was from legal and the other half from illegal immigration.

Now we have an opportunity to reduce the Illegal numbers and flow, at least. Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) plans to introduce a bill to halt the Obama administration's lawsuits against States that seek to enforce laws against Illegal Immigration. A companion bill (S. 1856) has already been introduced in the Senate.

Given that for every person added to the United States population, one acre of wilderness or farm land is converted to developed uses, the environmental impact of this Mass Immigration is tremendous.

And this Massive Immigration affects the USA's Security Environment as well.  Of the 550,000 U.S. resident individuals on the U.S. governments' watchlist only 2% (just two percent!) are U.S. citizens. More than 20,000 of the half-million non-citizens have been designated as potential terrorists.

And Mass Immigration strains our fiscal health as well.  In 2009 57% of households headed by a legal or illegal immigrant with children under 18 used at least one welfare program.  This compares with 39% for native-headed households using a welfare program.  Most immigrants and their families also get free medical care and public education  -- that is, free to them, but taxpayer funded...

You haven't heard it all yet!  Illegal Aliens collected $7.3 Billion more from the IRS in the period 2005-2010 than they paid in taxes (mainly via filing Child Credit claims using ITINs) according to the U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.

And as for the environment faced by jobseekers, immigrants accounted for 34% of the growth of the working age population and, in the period 2000-2010 ALL of the net increase in U.S. jobs went to immigrants.

Mass immigration worsens the environment for jobseekers including, especially, returning military personnel 12% of whom are unemployed. The 18 to 24 age group of returning military, 30% of whom are unemployed and looking for entry-level jobs, are particularly hard hit by competition with immigrant labor.

So we urge you to contact your members of Congress and urge them to support S. 1856 and its companion Bill in the House.

And since the Open Borders lobby claims that Illegal Immigration would be OK if the flow were just legalized, and since the Legal Mass Immigration flow causes negative impacts as well, be sure to tell Congress that they should support a zero-net Immigration Moratorium as well.

Thank you!
